The façade is charac­ter­ised by a minim­al­ist design language that conveys both auster­ity and elegance. Generous window areas lend a sense of rhythm to the storeys and create a bright, open effect. Subtle cornices and continu­ous string courses emphas­ise the horizontal lines, whilst the building’s bevelled corners open up the urban space and lend the struc­ture a stately presence facing the street. The vertical struc­ture is emphas­ised by the clear, repet­it­ive arrange­ment of the windows, which lends the façade a classical tectonic quality. At the same time, the integ­ra­tion of green elements into the façade bands breaks up the auster­ity and adds a distinct­ive touch in keeping with the principles of sustain­able urban archi­tec­ture.
